WHAT IS MTS
My Ticket Solution (MTS) is an online service for the sale of travel tickets dedicated to passenger transport companies both public and private. My Ticket Solution meets the need of transport companies to provide themselves with a modern system for the sale of their travel tickets online, without having to invest in hardware or software.
The system is easy and intuitive. To start using the MTS company will just have to follow a wizard to register the user on the platform and run the configuration of its logistics (eg, available resources, routes, schedules, destinations, location of stations and stops, etc…). Once the registration procedure and configuration will be completed, the product will allow customers to be up and running in a few hours.
The service allows the management for three types of users:• transport companies
• their sales intermediaries (eg . Travel agencies, newsagents, kiosks etc. . )
Each of these three types of users will have a different online application, with specific functionalities.
My Ticket Solution therefore includes:
1. A website for the Back Office activities dedicated to the transport company
2. A website for the Back Office activities dedicated to intermediaries
3. A Front End website dedicated to passengers
Carriers and intermediaries will also benefit of an application (App) for the mobile ticketing at bus stops or on board.
Passengers will benefit of a Mobile App for the purchase of tickets from smartphones.
The platform includes a specific MyTicketSolution management tool for each of the figures involved in the sale and purchase of tickets: the back end application designed for transport company, which has to program and manage all the activities necessary to service delivery, the front end application which will be available for passengers to purchase travel tickets, and the back end application that will be used by retailers to issue and print the tickets. Carriers and intermediaries will also benefit of an application (App) for the mobile ticketing at bus stops or on board, while passengers will benefit of a Mobile App for the purchase of tickets from smartphones.
